This 8 week preset program was created for the woman who wants structure, confidence, and results, without all the strictness. These programs were built with intention and backed by training principles I use with my own full time clients, as well as myself! This program gives you a clear roadmap to follow each week. Every workout is designed to help you build strength, move better, and feel confident in the body God gave you, all on your own schedule and from the comfort of your own environment!
Each individual program has:
4 Key Workouts (the most important ones each week!)
5 Stretching videos (workouts have stretched programmed as well)
10 Fun additional workouts (for when you need something different)
3 Quick warm ups (can also be used for some easy movement)

♡ Sweat Season - the perfect mix of toning, conditioning, and higher-rep strength training. This 4-day program blends cardio, endurance work, and full-body burnouts to help you lean out, move better, and challenge yourself in new ways. If you want structure, sweat, and results that feel earned, not extreme, this is your go-to!
♡ Soft Season - designed for slow, sustainable movement that still builds strength. Perfect for postpartum, beginners, low-impact needs, or anyone rebuilding their foundation, this 4-day program blends gentle strength work, mobility, core stability, and functional training. If you want training that honors your body while still making progress, this season was made for you!
